  Rude female employee behind the counter. I did not see her name due to no name tag on. So I will describe her. Short, fat, wearing glasses, middle aged. She does not greet guest, waits for you to speak as you walk up to a dirty counter. Is it so hard to say "Hi", or even a smile instead of looking mad, inconvenienced. Will never stop there again. I'm taking my business across the street to Loves for now on. It's a shame that we had to end our day on that note after having a great time in Williams. She is bad for tourism. Bad for business
